Closed at 0.78 (below recent norm) on 407k (well above norm)

Technicals say more downside to come - Lower Low, Lower High, close just a hair above mid-range of trading. Closing above mid may be considered Bullish, and for today's volume this did not get totally decimated (guess that really depends on where one got in). Anyway, likely more selling tomorrow at open, might even touch or cross the lower BB/MA50. Eventually will settle to what the Market thinks is fair, until the week of Sept 17th, which the Market likely considers as the next "event."

Market had expectation of acquisition closing on Sept 1 even though the PR did not note it as a deadline date. Sometimes the Market reads more into a PR than what is printed, which seems to be the case considering today's Market reaction to no news. At about the level before the hype about the acqusition coming, so looks to me that this is sitting right about where it should be in anticipation of the numerous PR's that apparently are working their way down the road to disclosure.

- Acquisition of MSE, a large technologies firm in Butte, Montana

- Monopoly with MBS exclusive license (if hot run is 98% or better removal, we are golden)

- Results for Hot/Live run at Ash Grove cement plant

- MBS becomes standard for stack gas mercury removal

- Contract with Ash Grove

- Contracts with other cement plants

- Contracts with other facilities (foreign and domestic)

Rumors of five-ten bucks floating around. Possibly. Maybe three to five on a couple of the above events actually coming to pass. Have been conservative and calling two, then upped to three recently. Will need updated financials to stay above five, but with financials and all cylinders hitting, could see a buy out in the ten-plus area, which is the long term deal. Did not think this would go above a buck until news PR hit, but the Market will do what it wants to do.
