Lots of news coming. Acquisition, hot-run results, this technology becomes the standard and is a monopoly, contracts,... even more contracts. No pump at this time. Very Low float.

Negatives...

Cannot find where the money is coming from for the acquisition, SEC filings show behind on financials, some PR's not filed with SEC, web site not up-to-date. Please post negatives as found.

I e-mailed asking when financials would be brought up-to-date and the CEO replied fairly quickly saying that the financials would be dealt with after the acquistion, although no time-table was given. I also asked about updating the web site and the reply was it should be updated by the weekend, which was a couple of weeks ago. Still not updated.

My thought is the play is short-term until financials are brought up-to-date. At this point, still thinking a couple of bucks max to be on the safe side, but may run higher for the very short term when news trickles out. Long term depends on the aquisition and financials, imo. If one gets in now as close to a buck as possible (should see some sell-off and profit taking today), and then sells off half when news hits and takes it to a couple of bucks, and then is playing with the house's money, then all could be good in waiting for financials. All of this hinges on follow through. Be aware. Perform your own DD.
