Glen Eagle Resources Inc. Announces Sampling Results on Moose Lake

Montreal, Quebec, October 18, 2011 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results from 10 grab samples selected on surface, at random and along strike an exposed anomaly seen over a 1 km long by 20 meters wide on the Moose Lake phosphate property. The results tend to confirm an earlier study conducted by the Ministry of Mines which has identified the presence of phosphate (Feuillet 22E02) over an area of 2.4 km long by 300 meters wide. The sampling results are as follows:

In the press release dated (October 12, 2011) regarding the Moose Lake property acquisition, a third work commitment of $200,000 on year 4 should have been incorporated in the acquisition cost. The total work commitment is therefore $400,000 over 4 years instead of $200,000 over 3 years.
By acquiring Moose Lake as a second phosphate property, the Company is determined to become a committed explorer for this commodity while developing a portfolio of strong assets with good intrinsic value involving long term potential.
