From the recent news release, work is just about to start at LaMotte:

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Aug. 31, 2010 (Marketwire) -- Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GER)("Glen Eagle Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the preliminary work prior to drilling on the La Motte lithium project has been completed and past drill holes have been located, surveyed and ready for twinning to bring historical resources to NI 43-101 compliant. Drilling is scheduled to commence on September 7.

The Company has nominated Gilles Laverdiere (P.Geo) to its Board of Directors. He was granted in the process 150,000 stock options at $0.12 cents, valid for 5 years. Mr. Laverdiere was a prime candidate to be on Glen Eagle's Board of Directors based on its familiarity with the La Motte lithium deposit. His services have also been retained to supervise the project. He will replace Jean-Marie Couture who has left the Board but will remain available to evaluate potential underground mining projects for the Company..."

Our CEO, a few months ago, had very high hopes about this acquisition and expected surprises for 2011. It looks like he's following up on this and it would be worth watching closely. Friday, GER trade volume was high, particularly due to a 500K trade. I will keep a good base here to hold and may try to add a little at .11 or less.
