I hate to think this will come down to some legal game , but we're already into it with Kinbauri , i suree hope it does'nt linger on forever and divert out attention from the real purpose of looking into some profitable acquisition .

This market as real opportunities at this time and management need to put their energies and attention on seeking the pearl out there and take advantage of the loan they got if indeed they do .

I agree with u about the SP it's all pending on confirmation about the money , and Jaguar's comments is nerv recking indeed . It's a mad mad world of shadow dancing and moonlight howling . It does add up some spicey smell to life though .
