Yes, that 32 million was already slated before being available, it seems. Spain, no wonder it was a European Consortium.

It now places Glen Eagle in a fairly near production phase. Added to the Souart news, GER should maintain a SP over .10 (min, imo.)

The Due Diligence will probably okay the deal. I'm relatively optimistic, enough that I'll try to buy should the SP hit .12 or below.
