2007 and 2008 not reported yet due to problems surrounding a merger with a US company. Since the company has been trying to rid the company of the US CEO due to problems or ineffectiveness of his direction on the US side. During this time GRSR had decided it wise not to post any earnings until the situation was resolved.

As posted earlier the last pr out from the company was a $10.3M contract from Spain in Feb 2008.

During this time the company has been very busy based on subsidairies and partner information found on various sites that Girasolar is involved with.

Oustanding Shares is 42M and this has not changed for quite some time.
