The creation of GIRAPHOTON France, is born of the will of WM Koornstra, Chairman of the Group GIRASOLAR, to be closer to a growing market and consequently to be closer and more responsive professionals who ' animate.




The Group is GIRASOLAR Shareholders representing 50% of GIRAPHOTON France, the rest of the share capital is divided between Bruno Ollagnon (25%) and Jean-Jacques Forget (25%)




The legal structure is a limited liability company with capital of 15 245,00 €, whose headquarters is located at 242 Boulevard Voltaire 75011 Paris.




The company structure includes an administrative directive (Jean-Jacques Forget) and Commercial (Bruno Ollagnon) managing a sales force of 7 people, covering the entire territory.







GIRAPHOTON France makes no financial transaction DUTCHSOLAR, platform logistics and financial GIRASOLAR Group, based in Deventer, the Netherlands, manages your orders with our various partners, is organizing transportation to your warehouse, and the invoice, excluding VAT all benefits.




For the sake of transparency in transfers of funds to the Netherlands, DUTCHSOLAR you require (optional) to send your payments to a Dutch lawyer (KCS Juristen Leiden, NL) who will manage your money via an escrow account.

Also called "trust account", your funds will be used only to pay the bills of our partners related to your order, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
