Geodex Minerals Champlain Resources share acquisition

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated Nov. 27, 2007, between Geodex Minerals Ltd., and Champlain Resources Inc. and 25 individual shareholders of Champlain, pursuant to which the company has agreed to acquire 53 per cent of the issued and outstanding share capital of Champlain. Champlain is an arm's-length private company and its principle asset is a 30-per-cent carried interest in the company's Sisson Brook property, located in Nova Scotia.
