There was a post on the other board recently quoting Jack Marr as saying that Geodex is an exploration company not a mining company and will eventually sell Sisson Brook. This begs the question of the timing of such a sale.
To maximize Geodex shareholders' value then it wouldn't expect it to be until after the final grade and tonnage of Sisson is calculated - at least a year away - so that a reasonable value can be put on the deposit.
If this sale is to be the case then shareholders should start to think of what the best form of compensation from the sale would be to the shareholders - cash and/or shares in the buying-out company to GXM shareholders and/or Geodex Minerals. And does such a buyout include other Geodex properties.
Any comments.
