You can get all the figures you need in the Wardrop report to calculate the probable value of Geodex's shares using your own criteria of conservatism or liberalism re SP. These are the same figures that analysts and institutional investors will be using. Nothing is hidden, or can be hidden, these days.

A few minutes with a calculator and you don't need to consult a broker or financial planner or analyst to tell you the real story.

The only other questions needed to be asked of Geodex are of the qualifications of the management team and these can be found on Geodex's website or "googled for" if you need independent confirmation of their high quality.

And: are the projected metal prices realistic? This last question is impossible to pin down exactly, particularly for a 31 year mine life so this is probably the key point in keeping the present share price lower than the projected NPV. As the future becomes more clear then the SP will firm up.
