Summary of Material Change Jaguar announced that the cease trade orders issued against it on May 6 and May 8, 2015, by the Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission, respectively, have been revoked.

Full Description of Material Change: The cease trade orders issued against Jaguar on May 6 and May 8, 2015 by the Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission, respectively (the “Cease Trade Orders”), have been revoked. The Cease Trade Orders were issued as a result of Jaguar’s failure to file its audited annual financial statements, annual management’s discussion and analysis, and the certification of its annual filings for the year ended December 31, 2014 (the “Annual Disclosure”).
Jaguar filed the Annual Disclosure on February 22, 2016 and then applied to the Alberta Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission to have the Cease Trade Orders revoked.
Jaguar intends to file a reinstatement application with the TSX Venture Exchange forthwith in order to have its securities resume trading on the facilities of that exchange.
