Well, I thought our nr today was excellent but the market thought it nothing special. I bet most retail said " no news for another 6 or 8 weeks, I might as well sell and check it out 5 weeks or so down the road." Might be a big mistake! There were traders that probably got in when we were in the .60,s and took some profits today. There were bored and disgruntled shareholders that decided to sell and look for greener pastures. It looks like the big boys stayed. I and a few freinds didnt sell. A lot of investors dont know something good when they have it, I know, I used to be that way until one day I looked at a few stocks that I had sold 6 months earlier only to see some up as high as 700% and my account balance virtually unchanged from the previous 6 months. Thats when I clued in and said "I GOTTA DO THE DD".
Anyways, our North East Zone is turning out to be a hot spot on our property. Hole 37 is telling us that there is lots of gold there, as hole 19 and 11 incinuated. Holes 44,40 are drilled right down our eastern border with Vens drills a stones throw away. If they have long intercepts, as I expect they will, the north east zone will become much hotter.
Holes 42,43,46, and 49 were drilled in between Pie de Gallo and San Celestine. These holes could be considered infill holes and havent been reported on yet. This will add ounces to the resource because these are virtually the first there.
Holes 33,34, and 35 missed there targets and are being redrilled on a different angle and deeper. They know the gold is there, they just missed it.
We are now on holes 50-52.
We are completely cashed up with approx 8 mil, and at least 10 mil/.75 warrants to be exercised that are being exercised ongoing. No need for pp in the near future keeping us shareholders from further dilution.
Vetas drill permit will most likely not come for another month. The channel sample assays from there will most likely not be released for a bit yet. There is a drill program budgeted for Vetas but no set dates as of yet.
We have no assigned number of holes to drill, as long as we got cash and keep getting good results, we keep drilling California. I beleive a 43-101 will be done when drilling is completed there. Drilling is going excellent and every hole is adding to our resource.
It has been said last week by an analyst (i beleive) that Ven might be a future takeout target. Everyone knows the implications that could have for us. As we have seen in the last few weeks, these bids can come unexpectedly overnight. This nr of today added significant inferred resource and anyone looking at Ven would take us into consideration, especially where we have slivers going through vens property.
We are still severly undervalued and I beleive its only a matter of time before the market realises this and more institutions start taking a position.
