I wonder how long they knew they needed a new auditor?

Or are they just audit shopping - looking for cheaper rates?

I like the company and Red Ore Gold, but there seems to be dysfunction. And the management team / larger owners don't have the $$ to cover shortfalls?

I hope I am wrong, but these companies seem to be going nowhere. And fast.
