Hey Matt

Special meeting tomorrow so we may get our capital reduction and share spinout.

Gets RXX closer to trade on the little board and also gets us closer to a public operating company. GAX drills don't spin till late Jan early Feb,

Big board is HOT today and I'm running all green.
