I received the Notice of Special Meeting to be held on Nov. 3oth.

Item 1. to consider and if deemed advisable ...................authorizing and approving the reduction of the stated capital of the common shares of the Corporation for the purpose of effecting a distribution of Red Ore Gold Inc. shares to Galahad shareholders.

I am not familiar with what the company wants to do here. Can someone explain what this involves and also, how it might affect the shares of Galahad Metals.
