Galahad does not have a staff geologist, so anything related to geology is contracted out. The geological team we use has three men, and while the head geologist was on vacation, the geologist logging core quit to work for Osisko. In Val D'Or, this happens all the time because there is a labour shortage. Anyway, the one man left had field work that had to be supervised, so there was nobody to log and cut core for a number of weeks. I don't know the precise dates or anything, but we lost a lot of time there.

The blackout was initiated by the BoD very early on. We didn't want anything leaking out, so nobody had any assay data all along. Our geologist was instructed to not send us any assay reports (which had been standard practise in the past). The head geologist himself did not look at any assays until this week, to protect our data even further.
