The GAX PP

Correct me if I'm wrong but when I participated in the GAX PP 3 months ago or so Red Ore property was part of the assets of GAX, and was part of the attraction of the PP.

When REed Ore was extracted from the assets of GAX, and those assets not spun out to the existing shareholders, arent I getting shafted?? as are others who put dough into the GAX PP??

Cause GAX doesnt own it anymore as such... havent read the Sedar docs since I am too busy living life:) but thought I would throw this out there because I'm sure someone is close to the action and can explain this to me in short order:)
