khareema, the company did not choose to disseminate this thru prominent posters rather than have the balls to make a public statement as you put it. The CTO came from the TSXv, I saw it, called the company, they were honest and explained what happened. I posted the info so that everyone would know what was going on and not get their hopes up for assays for nothing. The fact that I chose to post that info has nothing to do with the company.

Yes, I would like to see a NR making this official but since this only happened this morning and they are getting things filed tomorrow, maybe they thought it better to wait and tell everyone that they have now satisfied the conditions of the CTO and are waiting on the TSX to resume trading.
