Red Ore just finished it's first private pp at the end of March. I believe the Audit's for both companies are done and the prospectus is filed with the TSX.v.

It will take about two months if everything is perfectly aligned and there are no problems or questions. That's unlikely, as it rarely works that way. My Guess is the IPO will come out right around July, which should also be right about the time we are able to publish the first assay results from our drill program. The Geophysical is being put together as we chat and targets are being identified.
