The way I see this, all the money we have spent on this project in Nevada, some 4.4M dollars is now coming back to us as shares of the spin off. This property and the money spent there has been forgotten by most investors but now we have concrete value in our treasury, recapturing all the money that we spent there.

When you consider our market cap of 6.33M dollars (undiluted-46.9M shares x 13.5 cents) and our cash in the bank of about 1.5M dollars, that leaves us with a value of $409k dollars for our Regcourt property and nothing for our 2 Ontario properties...defies logic IMO.

We have our own drilling coming very soon. I think a little patience here will be well rewarded.
