The PP was for .15 cents and possibly he felt he needed more when it later was trading for less.

Notie, I believe Larry has PP shares from last year sub-$0.10 and options @ $0.11 as well as @ $0.15.

So he could have exercised those cheaper ones for more shares, but choose to buy at market.

As you said, that sends a stronger sign, doesn´t it ?
