Yeah really, just take a look at CUU. It has almost 400 million shares out and it is $1.42. So, what really matters is what is in the ground and it's true value at the end of the day. I am not saying that the # of outstanding shares does not affect the share price; however there are a lot of stocks out there with a high number of OS and valued at a fairly high premium.
