I understand that the PP is significantly oversubscribed. We appear to have successfully raised enough capital to not only finish the next phase of Regcourt drilling, but put multiple plans of action forward.

I hope management sees fit to do a solid MD&A to let us know what the short term plan is to maximize value with this great financial resource we now have. Getting this baby into the money will trigger forced warrants and raise even more cash without further dilution. I think there is about 1 million dollars out there in warrants if we can get our sp over .25 for 10 days. Given the potential of Regcourt and now the money to do it......this should be done before spring as part of our winter program.

I'm really excited about the short term prospects.
