I spoke with the GAX office yesterday and it appears this latest financing by Private Placement is progressing well.

I am participating in the PP as I feel the opportunity of getting a full warrant when a stock is behaving this good is a strong positive. I think there are still opportunities to participate provided a person makes their desire to buy shares in th pp known right away.

You obviously need to do your DD as once you invest in a pp you can't sell for four months. I believe the full warrant makes up for it so I'm prepared to take the risk. You may not think it's worth it.....your call.
