Agent's fee: $7,920 and 103,304 compensation options payable to CGE Capital Inc. (Each compensation option is exercisable into one common share and one common share purchase warrant at a price of nine cents per compensation option for a two-year period. Each common share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of 15 cents for a two-year period.)
