Agree the balance sheet needs a bit of fixing. It shows $900K in liabilities and almost zero cash. Sorry to say but that is technical insolvency.

You can't fix that with a measly $600K private placement financing and hope to conduct any work on exploration to improve the situation.

Why do people think this is attractive, there seems to be way too much old baggage here and a poor looking track record of making messy mistakes.
