I am hear because Larry invited me and I respect him tremendously. I did not do my normal DD on this yet but I went on the PP based on: Current MC 2M dollars, gold sector, 4 properties in good, mining friendly territories, 1 in Quebec, 1 in Nevada and 2 in Ontario. I knew we were looking at a bad balance sheet but that is very common in explore Cos and is why I could pick up shares at 5 cents.

At this point it is a crap shoot from my perspective but I feel comfortable because of who is involved and the factors mentioned above. There is work to do here and I do not expect a quick flip (PP shares are locked in for 4 months anyways) and those that expect a quick ROI here may be disappointed. Those that buy and hold I believe have a chance at a good ROI. I will be looking for opportunities to increase my share base in the open market as those that got in for a quick flip tire and move on.

Nob, I hope you can stick around and make some money here but continued bashing will not be tolerated on this site.
