The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Dec. 29, 2008.

Number of shares: 2,941,175 flow-through shares

Purchase price: 17 cents per share

Warrants: 2,941,175 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,941,175 shares

Warrant exercise price: 20 cents for a two-year period

Hidden placees: Three hidden placees participated

Finder's fee: $30,000 and 235,294 agent options to acquire 235,294 units of the company at a price of 15 cents for 24 months, whereby each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant with an exercise price of 20 cents for a 24-month period, payable to Limited Market Dealer Inc
