GWG an attractive aquisition target?

One can only assume that with the recent share price decline...GWG certainly looks like an attractive target. Molycorp (MCP) could take advantage and step in here and buy us up at a "steal". And while RE prices may fall slightly (and temporarilly) due to the situation in Japan, it is thought that China could become an importer of heavy RE's by 2015. Therefor, I think GWG could be taken out an an 'unrealistic' low valuation anytime soon. Does anyone have any thoughts? A
