Sounds to me like they,ve already found/locked up a partner but did not come out and directly say so. I wonder if a Japanese firm is the one (Sumitomo Corp would be nice). Look for some consolidation and merger activity in the RE space.....and with very few produers outside of China, look for GWG to be one of the hunted.
