I have held GWG for a short time, and, by comparison, the new offering looks like a bargain. There is a question...from whom would we buy these new "units"? I spoke to a broker from TD Waterhouse yesterday. He knew nothing of this offering. It sounds like we would have to go directly to Pope and Co. I have only worked through TD Waterhouse, so I don't have any experience with buying stocks or warrants and having the certificates delivered to me. How, for instance, would I sell them when the time comes?
