the original NR stated to help fund Rareco....the 2nd states "acquisition of Rareco in South Africa,".....we still have a plan and funds to advance....lets cut some slack and see where we go....I see this as a market decision only......we are underpriced....mine to market is hugh....takes time...but the pieces are in place IMHO
