GwG moving sideways

For the last few days GwG has been moving sideways.

i'm thinking if not up then the market is going to move it down.

every one is saying the company is going to move up but the market dosnt show it that way. Side motion gives GWG a one way ticket up or down. Dose anyone know if GWG is going to come out with any financeing>?How much cash flow dose GwG have to live for the next year?
