Peter Grandich, interviewed on Canada's BNN Market Call yesterday (app. 13 mins. into the show-link posted below), was asked the question of what he felt was the "sleeper" metal of 2010 (other than gold and silver), to which he replied "cobalt" and stated his favourite "pick". He went on to say that he feels that the Rare Metal argument is overblown and that they are perhaps not as rare as we would like, it's just that no one has been concentrating on them and that "that game has gotten ahead of itself".
