It seems that the debtholder considered the perspective of increasing share value was greater then what they would make holding that debt wich is very interesting to us shareholder . It's the second news of interest in less then two months along with the Toyota Tsusho interest to participate in conducting exploration and investment activities along with GWG on some of their properties .

It clearly demontrate the market's interest in GWG and and it's future value .
