''Garland Middendorf is president, CEO and a major shareholder of Wolf Lake Terminals, Inc., a bulk liquid storage, blending and processing Company with offices in the Chicago, Illinois area. In addition to Wolf Lake Terminals, Mr. Middendorf owns and operates other liquid storage terminals and industrial warehouse facilities in the Midwest. Mr. Middendorf also was the developer and a shareholder of Evergreen Renewables, LLC a 30 million gallon/year bio-diesel plant at the Wolf Lake Terminals Hammond, Indiana location. Among other investments Mr. Middendorf is a shareholder in Global Clean Energy Holdings a Jatropha plantation company in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Mr. Middendorf is the founder and major shareholder of Jatropha Corp S.A. which is developing Jatropha plantations in the Mexico states of Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca, and Tamaulipas. Mr. Middendorf has over 35 years experience in liquid and dry bulk logistics and has been in the biofuels and renewable energy field for 12 years. Other business activities include marketing fuel additives, sugarcane ethanol, and development of sweet sorghum for ethanol. Mr. Middendorf has a Bachelors of Science degree with a major in accounting from the University of Missouri. He served 14 years as a board member and Chairman of the Independent Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA). Mr. Middendorf has been an advisor and presented positions on biofuels and logistics to the National Biodiesel Board, Independent Lubricants Manufactures Association, the ILTA and APLA the Latin America Petrochemical Association.''
