Weir did LIE under oath!  Dr. Carl Nelson did not LIE under oath because his signature was forged on the patents submitted to USPTO.  

It was Weir who attempted to defraud USDOD, US AFRL, and SANDI with his fruadulent EESU patent storied but failed (documented and date stamped)!   The FOIAd emails proves beyond a reasonable doubt Weir NEVER had EESUs meeting the patent specs.  He just wanted 10 million dollars from the USDOD to fund a production line.  When directed to submit a sample EESU for testing, Weir DID NOT! Get that through your Dick heads apologist and enablers of Weir's fraudulent stories!

And if anyone wants to sue, BRING IT ON!  Make sure Francois Desloges brings to the judges chambers one of those handmade EESUs meeting the patent specs which I am sure by now Weir  must have let FD play with, hehehe.
