Picoman is looked up to as a cap expert in Slack EEScam La La Land the group which pumps Weir's fraudulent disruptive stories.  Picoman refuses to answer this question,

It's been 32 months and counting since Zogbi started pumping EEScam has proven product ready low cost disruptive cap.  Since then IT5, 6, and MRA test results were published.  How come Zogbi has been unable to get any Tier One cap company or one of his global based customers to sign a license agreement with EESCam?

It must be difficult for Picoman to make up an excuse which real cap experts would believe.  The scammers already made the excuse no cap company wanted to negotiate with EESCam last year for it's disruptive cap because EEScam was low on funds.  What a bunch of crap by fraudsters!
