Please note that Lockheed Martin has been mentioned on a webpage - see link below - in connection with a License Agreement involving EEStor Corp., signed on 9 January 2008. There is no mention on this webpage of the date of the agreement or its stale nature, nor is it acknowledged that the agreement ever amounted to anything for either company. 

In other words, it’s misleading. I’m bringing this issue to the attention of Lockheed Martin and to Lockheed Martin investor relations representatives, to deal with, or not, as you see fit.
