Report is that HVC negotiations are almost frozen since the 2017-03-27 ED-1 NR.

Understandably, the wannabe licensees are interested in 1000x ED improvement too. (Which most likely means 1000x less material, and thus 1000x smaller cost.)

(The 3 litre EEStor HVCs that were showed in the Phase 3 comparison sheet against the competition 36 litre would now fit in 3ml, that's less than a teaspoon.) (edited)
