These posts from the EEStor cult group sounds like someone's goal is to manipulate SP, I'm not surprised one bit (tj is

Depending on how the dust settles on the final buyout of eestorinc, FD & friends could end up owning around 40% of the company for an aggregate sum of around $20 million - DEAL OF THE MILLENIUM!
Gonna be a big surge in the Quebec economy!!!!

$20 million? I don't understand.

fd and his friends led the $2.5M PP last time around that Ian was having trouble filling. Add this $3.5M round, which is 7M shares, plus the warrants at $1.00, another 7M. So, with the last round added to this round, 20M shares sounds close to the total when warrants get done. That's share count; I don't think the cash is that much. This is off the top of my head, some forensic accounting would give you an accurate picture.

$15M sounds closer to me.

You could also add privately acquired shares which I know fd has some of.

They are taking on risk. If ED is zero they could easily lose 50%

So what tj is stating is they have had enough shares to manipulate the sp for months. Hmm, I didn't know they had that amount . Can we assume the National Bank seller is one of 40%?
