If EEStor really sent out samples similar to those in ITK5, (which I doubt), and that company found them at all interesting, they can easily reverse engineer the samples and replicate them within a week.

But, i don't believe EEStor would send out samples they know are not "special". Someone at EEStor must know what the state of the art is.
