It has been documented certain people such as BKK stating past test results are certified which is another lie in this eeSCAM STORY.

Since you are a caring shareholder, why don't you ask Ian Clifford how come not one of Intertek tests were done under Intertek's certification program.  In case you missed it the following is in every Eestor's Intertek test results,

"This report is for the exclusive use of Intertek's Client and is provided pursuant to the agreement between Intertek and its Client. Intertek's responsibility and liability are limited to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
