Someone needs to report that fraud is being committed and point out how and where. ESU needs to put out a fraudulet press release for instance, maybe something like SJL's news about Panasonic, something that the OSC can actually prove is false by phoning the Co. You can't expect a bunch of suits to read a press release about CMBT's and decide if it's factual or not. There are hundreds of retail investors that believe ESU is real so how would the OSC know otherwise.
In this case ESU will die a natural death when no Cap. Co.'s do deals and the shareholders get sick of putting in more money just to support Clifford and Spalls lifestyle.
