Nice observations.  Here's the update:

1. Recomment and Ratings have a 3-4 second lag. Techs are looking at it. Try it again and give it 3-4 seconds
2. Unlisting Inactive HUB Leaders is in the cue for the next couple of weeks.
3. Unable to delete multiple PM's is a new glitch.  Use the "Bug Report" in the bottom right hand corner and it will go straight to the techs.
