In reading a post from George some time ago he said, "we love our HL's."

Well, he and admin should, as our high paying job saves lots of time for Agoracom internally, in fact, that equates to less staff. :>)

In comparing your business model in that regard to all the other places, delegating certain tasks to your HL's allows admin to use their time for more important functions.

Personally, it annoys me for lack of a better thought, to bother admin, a) move a post to OT, and b) delete a violated post of a VP or Pres Rank.

The point is easy, if Agoracom is intrusting HL's to carry out even more important "duties" such as delete Mail Room or Treas Rank posts, ban them as well, why limit the authority?

Most certainly, by the time a member has been around long enough to be a VP or P, more consideration should be given before a banning, a reason for admin to decide vs HL's, but moving an OT post or removing a clear violation?

This has "bugged" me for a long time....

If a HL abuses additional delagated tasks should you allow us, bust em...real simple.
