Well, Doc's point and I agree, if a HL becomes inactive, with whatever length of time Agoracom feels is fair, removing them making room for a deserving replacement seems a good way to go.

IMO, purging now and then and bring in some new blood is healthy for a quality run HUB.

Over at that other place, if a MOD is inactive for 90 days, they drop you. Seen it happen at 60 days too, then applicants are picked for a max of 6 per board.

Change can be a good thing....
