I have found Chrome to be the issue, based on the font size settings.

I switched from I.E. to Chrome and the font size while typing was very small, difficult to read while typing a post, but after sending it was fine.

Admin explained how to increase the font (I have lost the instructions) and after doing this, I experienced your issue.

I'll be looking for their response here.
