When this idiot or idiots 1st started his/her childish game, I'd notice and report it for correction. After a few reports, they started doing it now and then without my involvement.

There was a poster who kept getting banned on the EDIG Hub, re-register and immedialtely, a handful of HL's all got a 1 star votes the same day. This happened over 2 dozen times, so guess who's probably still at it?

The same fool maybe?...lol.
